I have a site, for the last 2 years I have been using your slider at the top of the landing pages. It is a site based on the Parallax theme and I had issue with positioning of the slider at the top of the page and overlapping with content and menu.... I had followed instruction to use custom CSS to overcome those difficulties but now there are conflicts resulting in it being off on desktop machines and unusable on mobile platforms.
SamelsonMagic.com is the site. On computer the slider is not aligned to top and on mobile, the menu obscures the slider. Slider is current version and WP 5

Please set the Slide Background Image -> Size option to either cover or stretch. This way your background image will fill the slider's canvas, so there won't be any empty space.
Regarding the menu misposition. Unfortunately your menu is not part of the slider, so we cannot control that. I'd recommend to position the slider differently in relation to the menu. You will likely need a different parent element for the slider to solve this. This can only be changed by rearranging/correcting the page elements, or if you are using a page builder, you can utilize that to fix this.
