We have this slider deployed on multiple sites but I'm getting the "Old jQuery" warning on this site in particular and can't figure out why. All of the active plugins and theme files are current and I did a test where I deactivated all other plugins to see if there was a conflict. I also activated the "Use Google CDN version of jQuery" in an effort to resolve the issue but nothing changed. Any suggestions you can make to resolve this?
Attached for your reference are screen shots of the staging site depicting the failure, and one of the production site with an out-dated version of the slider which is functioning fine, BUT is in compatible with php v7.2, which we are updating all of our sites to.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
As the error message suggests, you have an outdated jQuery loaded to your site. I'd recommend to look around on your installation again. Something is loading this outdated jQuery release. If you are sure that you have an up-to-date jQuery version on your site, then it's a 3rd party plugin (or even theme) that is responsible for this. First, please check on your current jQuery version just to be sure. And if it doesn't match the one in the error, then look for the item loading it.
