    Dear support team,

When I tested my website in Edge and Firefox desktop browsers, the slides moved but in Chrome, they don't.

Another issue is that they look good in laptop but in smartphone view, they don't look responsive to the view. My website is created with another visual builder, the whole site is responsive except the slides.

    Please kindly support.

    Hello victorsunny,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I've checked your site and it seems like the "Autoptimize" plugin is interfering with the slider, preventing it from working properly. You can see the errors related to "Autoptimize" if you open up the browser console. This conflict and these errors seem to be hanging up the slider.

Unfortunately we cannot fix an error related to a 3rd party item. I'd recommend to contact the author of the "Autoptimize" with this case. They should be able to provide you with more information on their item, on these errors and how to fix them. In the meantime you could also try to temporary disable it, or exclude the slider from it to see if that helps.

    Hi Attila,

    I appreciate your feedback.

However the issue happened only in Chrome, for other browsers like Firefox and Edge, the slide still works fine.

I tried to disable all the plugins and all the browser extensions, the slide still doesn't work.

Furthermore, Could you please tell me how to put the text under the images in mobile view? As the space for mobile is small and I don't the text to occupy the images.

    Thanks.

Different browsers handle these things (minify/cache scripts) differently, so it's possible that this issue will only affect certain browsers.

I've checked your site again in Chrome, but now it works. The "Autoptimize" error disappeared and the slider starts normally.

Regarding the layout of the layers on mobile. Since version 6 you have the option to display layers only on certain devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). This feature gives you the option to create separate layers and layouts for mobile and desktop view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device. Furthermore, you also have the option to set a minimum font size for texts on mobiles.

Additionally to the device specific layers, you could also build two sliders with different sizes or with different content for dekstop/mobile, include them both to the site, and only display them (using the Hide over and Hide under options) on the required device.
