I can't figure out how to make the sliders 100% responsive when viewed on a laptop or tablet. The width seems fine, it's the height that's not responsive. The message/logo are not centered on the slide. I'm sure it's a "Duh" fix, but any help would be much appreciated.
I tested a Landing Page slider from your Template Store (Creative Agency) and noticed the issue is still appearing on a laptop or tablet.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
I've noticed that you are using Responsive Under 1200 on your slider. This means that the responsive mode will only start working under the specified value. This could cause responsive problems on certain screen sizes.
I'd recommend to remove the Responsive Under value you have set. Since version 6 the plugin calculates this option by itself so you do not have to enter anything. The Responsive Under option is located in the Slider Settings -> Layout -> Fullwidth section. It is hidden by default so you have to enable the Show Advanced Settings button.
I'm enduser of LayerSlider WP 6.7.6 on WP 4.9.9 and maybe asking wrong stuff. My IT-Men in Canada set up LayerSlider almost three years ago and he's pretty good at WP-Plugins. For this question concerning "responsive settings" I would like to contact the Pro's.
We are running multiple sites with LayerSlider (e.g. https://moto-center.ch and multiple sliders on the pages). The Sliders won't work pretty well in Mobile/Tablet. First I tougth it's due to my old iPhone5. But even after updating to iPhone XR the style looks not fitted well to responsive devices. Can I ask you to help me to set the responsive settings right? I'm very looking forward to your hints.
