I'd used your standard template but backgroud image isn't loading. Wher's the problem? I've WordPressa 4.9.8 with Simplicity theme.

There seems to be a problem with image's path/URL. The source of the image is not valid, so the slider cannot display it.
There is most likely some kind of image preloader or image cache plugin present on your installation, that is interfering with the availability of the image, causing this issue. Our guess would be the Jetpack (Photon). Please temporary turn that off to see if that solves the issue.
