I have two layers in my slider which appear fine at full width, but when the size of the browser gets smaller or if I view on mobile, the text is overlapping. Also the smaller text is being cut off at the bottom.
I purchased a license hoping it was an outdated plugin issue, but that didn't resolve.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
As you are using a fullwidth layout, on smaller screens it's possible that the layer sizes or positioning will be different due to the aspect ratio change of the slider.
I'd recommend to use device specific layers. Since version 6 of the plugin you have the option to display layers only on certain devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). This feature gives you the option to create separate layers and layouts for mobile and desktop view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device. In your case you could setup differently sized/positioned layers for small mobiles.
Additionally to the device specific layers, you could also build two sliders with different sizes or with different content for desktop/mobile, include them both to the site, and only display them (using the Hide over and Hide under options) on the required device. But this requires more work, so I believe the first solution fits your case better.
