I'm not sure what exactly do you mean by syncing the slider with an image. You should be able to add any image file to the slider, and it should display it on the front-end. There is no limitation to image types.
Could you please show us your site or a test page where we can take a look at the problematic slider with the image ?
There aren't really recommended image sizes, but I would suggest using images that fit for average screens. This way your images won't lose much from their quality when they needs to be enlarged, but you can minimize load time. The slider will automatically adjust their size to fit for the viewing environment, so using too small/bad quality images might be a problem when they need be sized up.
Hello there.
.
I've ordered the license on the slider 2 weeks ago. I want to know what types of images should I use in order to sync with the slider.
.
I've tried some, but when I add them, the slider disappears.
.
Thanks

Hey there, Attila.
.
Thank you for your fast response.
I will attach you some print screens with my problem.
.
Basically every time I add a photo to the main slider, it simply disappear. Check it out.
Thanks!
Got it, problem solved.
What photo dimensions should I chose? Because if I add my photos, it appears very disruptive.
Thanks
Thank you for the feedback.
