Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Administration Layer Slider is not active anymore

    Hello,

    The administration of layer slider does not work anymore. I can get into the main menu but there nearly every control ist not working. Only the checkboxes are working.

    Yesterday everything worked without any problem.

    I have no idea what happened.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin, so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue.
    To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
    Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any related error messages that could provide more information.

    Dear Attila,

    Thanks for your help. The slider plugin was installed by enfold. I fount a hint that it is better to install it seperately. After I did this everything worked correct again.

    So the ticket can be closed.
