Both the video autoplay and video controls can be adjusted in the Layers -> Content tab at the bottom Options section.

As I can see from your screenshot, you are using an older version of the plugin. These options were changed in newer releases. I'd recommend to update to the latest release and adjust the mentioned settings accordingly.

Unfortunately the autoplay might still not work in Chrome after this, because of Google Chrome 66's Autoplay policy change. Google introduced a browser restrictions, which will prevent automatic video/audio playback in certain situations. Autoplay is now allowed only when either the media won't play sound, after the user clicks or taps on the site, or (on desktop) if the user has previously shown an interest in media on the site. An update will arrive soon from us, which will provide options to mitigate these restrictions. Since it's governed by the browser, there is no way to restore the previous behavior. However, we can supply alternate options like autoplaying muted videos where visitors can restore sound with a separate button. We are already working on this update and it should be released soon. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you experience the autoplay problem in other browsers as well, or only in Chrome ? If it's only Chrome, the next update will solve this!

Thank you for the feedback. That shouldn't be the case, so there is most likely something else involved here. Another item (theme or plugin) might be affecting the video, causing this issue.

I'll contact with the dev team and we'll take a closer look at the problem to see what might be wrong, and get back to you.

    Thank you for your patience.

The problem seems to be that you did not set any slide duration. As there is no slide duration and slide background image either, the slide immediately proceeds when it's loaded before the video could even start. If you set at least 1000 for the slide duration, the issue should be fixed.
