Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I developed a new site for my client at jasonbonell.site. Once I was finished it i migrated that site to pelicanseafood.ca. I'm unable to save any changes that I make to some of the sliders and i can't import any either. It seems to be having issues with loading some resources over http instead of https

    Hello Jason Bonell,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Errors such as this are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately. Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WordPress sidebar, for any messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

In the meantime please also try to look for any incompatibility problems by temporary disabling other plugins and switching to a default theme. Just to make sure that it's not caused by a 3rd party item.
