Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     I paid for 6 months of support and then realized I actually needed another license.  I bought the license that comes with support, so I don't need the other support.  Can you refund my $19 ($17 + $2)?  thank you!
