Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

The images stopped showing up in my slideshow. It was working fine and suddenly the images stopped showing. The slideshow works in the preview mode, but not when it's live.

    Thanks

    Hello svreatt,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

There seems to be a problem with image's path/URL. The source of the image is not valid, so the slider cannot display it. I'd recommend to check on the image's source to see if it's still available and also re-add it to the slider.

I tried re-adding all of the images with no change. It shows all the images in the preview mode, but nothing on the website.

    Thanks

Thank you for the feedback. Even after that you've re-added the images we are seeing the same thing. Something is wrong with the images' path, that is why the slider cannot load them. It seems like there is some kind of image preloader or image cache plugin causing this. Our guess is the Jetpack - Photon. Please temporary turn that off to see if that solves the issue.

I turned off jetpack and reloaded the images. No change so far. I'll give it some time.

I checked the image paths and they work. I even copies their paths into a new browser window and they all show up.

    Thanks

Did you have any success ? We still see the same thing on the live site.

In case you are still experiencing this with the Jetpack disabled/cache emptied, please set up a temporary WP login for us, so we can investigate this further from the admin.
