We purchased a LayerSlider for our website and our developer plugged in it.  It is no longer working on our site.  He used the same code on our sister site www.intermixtechnologies.com and that one is currently working.  Can you tell me what to do to make the code on www.gorillabuilding.com work?  Our new developer is at a loss of what to do with this Slider.  We don't want to create another one because we already have it built.  We just purchased a new code and it is still not allowing us to change the slider.

    Hello Todd Wilson,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I have checked your site (www.gorillabuilding.com), but for me the slider is being displayed and working currently.

Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?

Also, plugin activation does not affect the slider working on the front-end. Only if it uses premium features.

The slider works on the page but we cannot change anything within the settings.  It won't let us update it at all. We do not want to have to create another slider.

Hi again!  We really need someone to remote into our PC or to have someone call us regarding this issue.  We cannot change anything within the slider and this is taking too long.  Our insurance does not allow us to promote a certain job description and we need to get it removed ASAP!  Can someone help us? Our phone number is 601-605-1057.

Thank you for the feedback and clarifying that the problem is located in the back-end.
There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin, so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue.
To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any related error messages that could provide more information.

The application is showing activated but is not allowing us to change or modify the slider.  We need some tech support.  Can someone remote into our PC?  Nothing else on the website is giving us trouble.  The slider is working but we can’t change it.

Activation is not related to this problem. The plugin should be working the same even without a license entered.

Did you manage to follow up on the suggestions from my last response ?
