I cant get the embeded contact form to make the popup size correctly. When i am opening the popup on the mobile it does not show all the form. If you visit the url the popup will show on mobile after 15s.
Is this possible to solve with css? do you have any example?

The popup slider layout is responsive by default and resizes its content proportionally to the screen size. However if you insert content from an external source (for example a contact form), it's possible that it will not be correctly responsive. The slider still resizes the layer itself responsively, but the inner content does not follow up on it. In cases like that the external content has to be made responsive too, so it follows up with the slider.
Do you have any examples? I have been trying three different form plugins, Contact form 7, WP Form and Formidable form. According to the description of the form plugins they are responsive.
I'm sorry, but I cannot give you an example, as these are external plugins and their respective content. We have no control over them.
The problem seems to be that, the contact form is resizing in a strange way. It is only partially responsive, so it doesn't get resized enough to fit in a fully responsive slider on smaller screens.
You can see this if you keep reducing the browser size. The contact form doesn't keep its aspect ratio while resizing, instead it makes the text higher. Basically the form is being stretched vertically. This is the reason why it doesn't fit the slider on small screens.
Unfortunately we cannot fix this from our end, as the problem is generated by the form's strange resizing method.
