    Hello srinivas kujala,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Please show us your site or a test page with the slider where we can check on this.

Unfortunately we can only provide help here in our support center.

You can post private messages to this conversation if you wouldn't like to share the URL with others. Only we will see it that way.

www.bonworth.com right when you get in website you will see a big banner image. that is the one which uses layerslider

I've checked the URL, but as I can see there is no slider added to that page. The images on this page were not created with LayerSlider either.

  • srinivas kujala replied

its not creating that is why I replaced it with static image. previously it was the slider that was doing it. you can see the script as well

Unfortunately I cannot do anything with an image replacement. I'll need to see the problem to be able to troubleshoot it. Please set up a test page where you insert the slider, so I can check the error.

will try to do it. but the error I am getting right is jquery.fn.load : url.indexof()

  • srinivas kujala replied

    here is the error message

Thank you. Let us know if the test page is ready. You could also set up a temporary WP login for us, just in case we need to look around in the plugin admin too to investigate this. Thanks again.
