You can force the background images to fill the slider at all times with the Slide Background Image -> Size option by selecting stretch, or contain could also work to keep them inside the canvas. Or you can set your image layers to be 100% width and height in the Styles tab, so they don't get cropped.
The photos on my Photo Gallery page are cut off or only part of the photographs can be seen on mobile devices.
