Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

We use LayerSlider to support multiple programs within our organization and on multiple sites. We are really pleased with the product, support and the steps you've taken to this point to improve accessibility. We have a new hard deadline for having our site certified accessible to WCAG 2.0 standards and are wondering if you have plans to provide additional accessibility features in the near future. Specifically, we are looking for a button that would stop all motion on animated slides and have the ability to be placed at the top of the page so it could be readily accessed. Of course, we would love to hear any other future plans you have for accessibility.

Just want to add our thanks for a great plugin. We hope to be able to continue using it.

    Hello kbeglau,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

First of all, we're sorry for the delayed response, we had a national holiday and were out of the office for a few days.

If you would like to stop the slider you can use the API kill / destroy command: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#api-methods

We are also planning to make LayerSlider more accessible, but we cannot promise that these updates will make their way to the next update.
