Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
I have checked your site but for me the slider is being displayed across all major browsers. I've tested it on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera and Safari 12.
Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?
In case not, could you please check if you use any caching or addons/extension that might be interfering with the slider display on the browsers where it doesn't work for you ?
No, I do now know how you are viewing it but it is definitely not working on Safari. It's been a problem that customers of my client have mentioned and is it not working on either of my computers or on a browser test site.
Please offer any suggestions.
Attached are screen shots from Browserling.com - showing IE, Firefox and Safari - the layer is not working on Safari!
---update: I just duplicated the layer and replaced it and now it seems to be working on some computers but not all - do you know what could be the issue??
As I've mentioned it was working on our end in all the browsers we checked, including Safari. We use actual computers and browsers for testing, not emulators.
Regardless, we noticed some suspicious attributes in the video element's embed code. For example: autoplay="”true”" loop="”loop”" This is not a correct format, and it might be interfering with the video display in certain cases.
I'd recommend to delete both of these and set the autoplay in the plugin admin instead. Let us know if that worked.
The homepage slider is only working on Chrome browser and not on Safari or Firefox
