Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

in the admin part of wp the slide page that allows me to view my slides is no longer viewable

    I hit the slide grid view option and then selected 999 slides per page and now it will not show me any, what can I do, I need to be able to view and edit those slides, thank you so much!

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    At the moment you cannot show 999 sliders at once, I believe the limit is around 100. Please set it back to a lower value. That should solve the issue. You could also switch view types back and forth to refresh it after.
