    Hi


    I paid for jobus theme and layerslide twice which is the slider incorporated in the them

    I have never successfully installed them

    again I paid for installation through Envato through their offer
    Bloompixel responded,  he found the uploading and installation of the slider difficult and asked to get in touch with the author


    I went back into envato and into my product page and chose the layerslide  I paid for the license again and therefore support.  then sent my request in the support box

    A person called Roman Bitca responded, said he was part of the team who designed the theme, he insisted on taking my access codes and passwords to the website.  and nothing back and no communication since


    This is now over 2 weeks.

    So  Your refusal to refund my payment for installation and layerslide and now asking me to fill in a request here missed the point I have already paid over £80 out of my disability money for products and support and installation and got nothing.

    How can you say you do not know Bloompixel or Roman Bitca when these were the support team who got in touch with me after I paid you for product and support?


    This is years now. or failure and being let down by developers and support.

    As we've already explained in the refund request, none of the mentioned things are related to us. We do NOT own Bloompixel and there is NO person called Roman Bitca on our team. We've checked and you've never contacted us before the refund request. You have most likely contacted a different author or Envato support. Also, we do NOT provide installation services for our product.

    The things you are referring to, are all out of our control and jurisdiction. They are items/services by different authors or by Envato itself. Therefore we cannot help with them unfortunately.

    We are sorry about the inconveniences, but you have to understand that none of these problems are related to us. We are NOT Envato or Bloompixel or Roman Bitca, and we do NOT provide custom installation either. You will need to contact the actual authors that are responsible for these items/services you are having problems with.

    And finally, regarding LayerSlider installation. It is a very easy and straightforward process. It can be done with a few clicks only.
