My Layer Slider for Wordpress came with the Theme I purchased for the website.
I have purchased the activation license, but when I type it in for activation I get a "Working..." message and nothing happens after.
The window shows a message that reads "It seems you've received LayerSlider by a theme. Please note, the activation only works if you've purchased LayerSlider directly from Kreatura. Purchase a license or read our activation guide."
What do I need to do to be able to activate and update my Layer Slider in this website?

Unfortunately some themes are restricting the update and/or activation method of the plugin that could result in problems like this.
I'd recommend to manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider.
You will need to completely remove the bundled version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation.
Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.
