Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Hello. I am developing a site for a client on one of my sub-domains. I created a slider on the homepage with 2 layers. The first layer is a video of a ring of fire. The second layer is the wording of my client's logo.  If you go to www.samplesite1.nelmordesigns.com, you will see the slider on the home page. Both layers work perfectly on lap/desktops. But on mobile phones (Samsung and iPhone) the video doesn't play, only layer 2 appears.

Is there any way to get the video layer to display on mobile devices like lap/desktops?

    Hello nelmordesigns,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Unfortunately the video displays are quite limited on mobile browsers. Due to certain mobile browser restrictions, the autoplay will not work so your videos won't start automatically. Even if you start the video manually by clicking it, it will be opened in a popup iframe window so it will not provide the same effect as it does on desktop.
