I bought "LayerSlider Responsive WordPress Slider Plugin" but the image transition effect on the banner slider doesn't work with Chrome browser. As you can see from our website https://emcompany.it/?lang=en I've had to replace it with the video in homepage.
The same image was always shown and not even the text stated collection appeared
I hope you can help me and solve this issue.
Furthermore I would like to know what types of addons are included in the purchased package
yeah, the banner slide transition (between slides) doesn't work. The image (the first slide) remains the same and don't move to the next image/slide. Please note that this occur with Chrome browser.
Regarding the addons, I bought the plugin from below link:

Could you, please create me a temporary wp-admin access? I would like to check the settings of your slider.
About the addons: only our direct customers are allowed to use all the available addons of the plugin (for example: premium slider templates, origami transition, popups, etc.) If you got the plugin with a theme and you don't have a purchase code directly for LayerSlider, you cannot use these features, however you can use all the other functions of the plugin.
I checked all your sliders but as I can see all of them have only one slide, and in this case there is no slide transition. You will have to add more slides with a slide background image to make the selected slide transition work.

Yeah now there's only one slide, but please note that when the problem has been detected there were exactly "two slides" with a slide background image, and there I've detected the problem.

I am so sorry, but I don't understand, what is the issue with the slider. Are you mean the slide transition, between slides?
All addons are included if you purchased the plugin directly from us.
