i have used two of your themes that ive purchased, I've been working on this for 20 hrs straight. My homepage on mobile is not working. I've tried everything. if you tell me to disable plugins one more time i will lose it.
give me step by step instructions on why this is reponsive on my laptop and will scale to the size of mobile... but wont work on ANY phone.

As I can see you do not have any earlier tickets opened, so we couldn't have told you to disable plugins. You might have talked to the author of your theme before. Please note that we are not related to your themes, we are the creator of the LayerSlider plugin.
Regarding the mobile issue. I have checked your site, but for me the slider is being displayed currently on mobiles without any issue. I've tested this on both an Android and iOS device, with Safari and Chrome.
Could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?
One thing we noticed is that you disabled the auto-start slideshow and enabled the play by scroll auto start. I'd recommend to look around in the slider settings for options to start the slideshow. But as I've mentioned, the slider appears for me.
