Hello, I changed my hosting and domain name. And transferred the site. On the new site I have the following problem: "only the first slide of the slider is visible on the site". Everything works in the editor. There are no errors on the status page.I have tried all of the following steps but can not find a solution.

    - I consulted the knowledge base and searched for a solution.

-I deactivated all the plugins that I added after the site transfer.

-I have uninstalled LayerSlider via the button in the wp plugin page and reinstalled.

-I replaced the images in the slider with others to see if there was a problem with the media link.

-I made a copy of the slider to see if this helped.

-I made a new slider, also the same problem here.

-I deactivated the purchase code on the old site to see if there was a conflict here.

-I checked the "USE RELATIVE URLS" button in de misc settings of the slider.

-I have tried different devices and browsers.

-I tried the "Concatenate output" option.

-I tried the "update database" button.

-I cleared the cache of LayerSlider, my caching plugin and the browser.

-I have tried drinking, smoking, friendly questions, swearing and hitting my computer.

I do not know much technical side of coding and ... Can you possibly take a look if you can solve it?

    Hello RafVD,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

There seems to be a Greensock conflict on the page that is generating the JS errors (you can see them if you open up the browser console) and preventing the slider from working properly.
Please try to use the LayerSlider WP -> Options -> Advanced -> Include scripts in the footer and Use Greensock (GSAP) sandboxing options to see if they help. Let us know if they worked.

Hey Attila thanks for the help. I have tried the options you specified and this has not resolved the problem. Other ideas? Could it help if I pushed the "erase all plug-in data" button? I only have two sliders I could remake them.

Could you please set up a temporary WP login for us ? The dev team would like to look into these JS errors further to see what might be causing them and the conflict.

I must provide an email address to be able to create an account. Which email address should I enter?

Thank you, but unfortunately the login does not seem to work. We get the following: ERROR The username or password you entered is incorrect. Could you please check on the credentials ?

    Hello,

Please disable Jetpack's Lazy Images feature because or try to exclude LayerSlider from it, because out plugin is using its own lazy load system and it seems like Jetpack is blocking it which causes many JS errors.
