We have tested your site on the latest Firefox, but for us the sliders are being displayed currently. We are not aware of any incompatibility either.
Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?
In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser version/device are you experiencing this exactly ? Also, could you please check if you see this on any other desktop or device ? It might be a localized issue on your end.
Hi, no problem is still not fixed. The odd thing is the slider works fine, just not in Full Width mode, but only in Firefox. 62.02 64 bit, MAC OS, 10.13.6 High Sierra. Macbook Pro, 2.6GHZ, Retina Model, SSD, 16GRAM,
I tried disabling plugins, adjusting settings for .js, etc. in Layer Slider advanced, W3TC, and Jupiter. No luck.
I have Shockwave Flash enabled for Firefox, is there something else that Firefox would need to be able to display your slider. If it is working on your browser, possibly it is in FF settings?
I checked on my Windows 10 machine, with latest version of Firefox and it displays fine there Full Width as well.

We've tested this on multiple installations and devices (including a Mac with High Sierra), but the slider was working fine in Firefox on all of them, even in fullwidth mode. This seems to be a localized issue on your Macbook. We cannot reproduce it on our end and as you've also mentioned, it works fine on other devices for you too. I'd recommend to look for browser extensions/addons that could be interfering with the slider, or even try to reinstall the browser. There is nothing special needed for the slider to work in FF, a new clean install should run it as well.
I believe you. I checked, rebooted, cleared cache, still does not work on my mac. I am sure there is a setting in FF am not aware of, but just installed a fresh copy, so not sure what it is, however it is consistent with my other Jupiter themes, using Layer Slider in full width mode, all same issue. Just mine I guess:-)
Layer slider works fine in full width for:
-Safari
-Chrome
Also works in Firefox and above browsers if NOT in full width.
However in Firefox Full Width mode as noted in any of the pages below, it does not show:
