How to create parallax on scrolling

I would just like to recreate the 2D photo parallax effect on scrolling as seen at https://www.halopost.com/about/. So far as i can tell all the parallax interactions have to do with parallax between elements on the slider rather than the slider as a whole. Could you please help?

    Hello nulightdigital,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

You can set parallax effect for layers and for the slide background. For layers, you can do that in the Transitions -> Parallax Transition tab.
For slide background in the Slider Settings -> Appearance -> Background behavior. Please note that this only works with global backgrounds, not individually added slide backgrounds.

    Hi Attila,

I tried adjusting the global background image as you suggested but the options are either fixed or scroll, neither of which deliver the effect I need as shown in https://www.halopost.com/about/. Is there no way to reproduce this effect? If so then could you please organise a refund?

    Thanks,

    Sam

Currently those are the two parallax options available for slide backgrounds. Other than that you can set parallax for layers, including images. There are way more options available for them that you can utilize. For example what you can see in the page parallax scroll demo slider: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/sliders/sky-experience/

    Hi Atilla,

I've already looked through many of the demo templates but none do what I need. Could you please arrange a refund?

    Regards,

    Sam
