view these pages in mobile and also on desktop. On desktop at the bottom of each page are white spaces where the mobile sliders are sitting. I have for each slider used the "hide over...." setting for each slider because I don't want the mobile slider visible on desktop. Yet, they are appear as white spaces on desktop. Is there a way to truly "hide" these sliders on desktop?
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Those blank spaces are left there by the page builder (as I can see it's Avia) you are using. The sliders themselves are properly hidden, but the blocks/columns you've inserted them into are not. Those Avia elements should also hide or collapse when the sliders inside them become hidden, but they do not. Unfortunately this cannot be adjusted from our end as it's a problem in the page builder. I'd recommend to contact the author of the page builder with this case, they should be able to provide you with further details on their product. In the meantime, you could also try to use LayerSlider's default inserting methods (https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#publishing-sliders) instead of the page builder to bypass this.
I have a Website running wordpress with the Enfold theme installed.
I want to have some advanced layersliders appear only on desktop, and some only on mobile.
