Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello,

Started using Layer Slider with my WordPress / WooCommerce site. Everything looks good. EXCEPT that my drop down menu appears to be "behind" the Layer Slider slides. I can't seem to access the drop down menu. How can I work around this?

Looking forward to seeing your reply/solution. Thank you very much.

    Sincerely yours,

    Chonnie Ong

    Hello Chonnie Ong,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

You will need to set a higher z-index value for your menu than the slider to solve this. You can set the z-index for the slider in the Slider Settings -> Appearance -> Custom Slider CSS field by entering z-index:1; or you could use an even lower number if 1 still does not make it.

    Hello Attila,

YES! That solved it. Value of 1 was sufficient to move the drop down menu on top of the slider.

    Thank you very much.
