Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I have a slider page on which I am using layers to deploy two different separate  pop-up sliders that each contain videos.  One contains a single video, the other has two.

About 1/3 of the time, both of these popups work properly, autoplaying the video and then continuing on to the next slide, whether that is another video in one case or just a regular slide in the other. But another 1/3 of the time, one or both of the sliders do not autoplay the video, or they autoplay the first one but will not go on the the slide that follows. The remaining 1/3 of the time, the slider opens, but is basically dead - no controls work, even the "x" in the corner to close the slider.

Mostly, this problem seems to be related to whether either of the popups has been previously opened, but on occasion neither opens even in a new incognito window, so I'm not sure that this is actually the issue.

All the videos are YouTube embeds. When I tried doing this with Vimeo embeds, the videos autoplay on the back end when I'm NOT previewing the slider, and do not play in preview or live.  But that's a separate problem, I guess!

The main slider from which the pop-ups are deployed is the one called "MDI Full Original."  They are on slide #2. The popups are "HOW IT WORKS Popup" and "KIDS IN ACTION Popup."  Login credentials have been provided previously; let me know if you need me to send them again.
