After updating wordpress, Layerslider is not working. On the homepage of www.de9maanden.nl there should be a banner, but it's not showing anymore. I even bought a license and still layerslider is not working. I use the theme Avada, but a support ticket at Avada tells me they are not the problem. Please help.

I have the slider working, but not in a good way. I have added a container/column and with html code I have added the slider. This is not the way it should be working. Instead I should be able to insert the slider through the page options where I can choose a slider to add to the header, but that results in blank space. See attachments.
Could you please set up a test page where you can leave the problematic slider, so we can investigate it ? We would need to see the problem live to be able to troubleshoot it. Also, do you only experience this with the page builder you're using ? Or does the same happen if you use LayerSlider's built-in inserting methods (https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#publishing-sliders) ?
