Hi, my website has been causing problems due to other reasons, so I'm currently at the point of resetting it. However to try and save me work in the long run, can I ask where the save files are kept as I can't access my admin menu so have to go through FTP file manager.
Basically asking if I can see if I can copy the save files for all the layersliders templates that I have done through FTP file manager.

The sliders are stored in the database so you cannot access them through FTP. If you can no longer enter the plugin interface to export sliders, the only way to save your sliders is to save the database. Your hosting can do that, or you if you have access to it, for example by PhpMyAdmin.
