    hi! I got your message about declining my request for a refund, and I’m actually relieved (as I would have needed to purchase a new one).  I had a total server  meltdown due to some conflicts related to a new template I installed. .  A chain reaction followed... and it just got worse  (and later!) from there!  Rather than try to debug the server I spun up a new one and would have happily purchased a new license for your awesome product  - I just didn’t have the time to manually de/re-rgister all my premium plugins whilst scrambling to get back on schedule (I missed my deadline anyway. oh well.).   Anyway, thanks for a great product.    I’m a longtime Envato customer and layerslider user    Best, r
