i have the problem that the preview and the final result on the live website is not the same. Especially text is somehow on a slight different location or bigger as supposed.

The responsive mode scales the whole slider, including layers, for different sizes. It might result in sligthly different positions on different sizes to keep the ratio. But if you set the layers' positions in percentages, they will remain in their relative position compared to each other at all times. Let us know whether you managed to correct this.
Thanks Attila. Your solution is making things difficult. In this way i cant use the drag and drop way. Once i move the layer with the mouse it will change to px again. Hard to get the right position manually.
I tried your solution now, but is not making any difference.
We've looked around and the problem seemed to be that, there were two different line-height values used for the two white text layers. We've removed the line-heights and it seems to be okay now. Let us know if it's looking fine for you too.
