    Hi,

I am setting up a slider on the home page on my web site in development.

I choose a style for one of the text box "VIDEO", then I duplicate slide 1 and place it in slide 2, the same text box "VIDEO" has a completely different style,  text and box  much smaller and I did not change anything, slide 2 is a duplication of slide 1.

    Check out on this link:

    What is wrong?

    Thank you.

    Hello Pierre Chatain,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I've checked your slider, but for me the two slides and layers are identical. Please see screenshot. Did you manage to solve this in the meantime ?

    Hi,

Thank you for your fedback. This is strange, I did not change anything but it seems to depend on the Browser used. If you look at the attched screen copies, screen1 is the first slide and screen2 is the second one, screen 1 is what I want but the "video" box is smaller on the second slide. I use Firefox. Which Browser are you using?

Then I tried with Chrome, I had the same problem, after cleaning the cache, it was OK . Then after refreshing the page it was wrong again.

Can you try this on your side with different browser?

    Thanks for your help.

    Pierre

Thank you for the feedback. I've managed to reproduce it, but it's rather random whether it occurs or not at the moment. My colleagues and I will look further into this to see if we can find anything wrong, and get back to you shortly.

Thank you for your patience. We've managed to locate the issue. It's caused by one of Avada Fusion Builder's script. We do not know which option or feature is causing this exactly in their builder, but if you remove the script from the source code, it works properly. We'd recommend to use DIV or P layer instead of H1,2,3,etc.

    Hi,

Thank you for this, but now I am not sure how to fix my issue.

"We'd recommend to use DIV or P layer instead of H1,2,3,etc."

Where should I do the changes in the sliders?

    Thanks.

You can change that when selecting the text layer type. There are additional options below it, P element means paragraph.
Or you could also try to select HTML layer type instead of text to see if that works.
