First of all I had a hell of a time updating my support. It was showing on Envato for $7.50 but I could not buy it. I ended up on another page which charged me $17.50! Why?
After the latest update the slider on this page loads about half the time. I reported it to Theme Fusion. They rolled back to the previous version and everything was fine. ??

The marketplaces, purchases and available deals are handled solely by Envato. Please contact Envato support if you're having problems with licenses or purchases. Normally you should be able to only buy a support extension, but the Envato support will be able to tell you more.
There is no such issue in the latest release. No other user reported such problem and we did not experience it either. The issue is most likely generated by something else on your installation. To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue. Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any related error messages that could provide more information.
I have a long and not so good history with you folks. As per usual you don't answer my questions and you blame something else. This slider was one of YOUR demo sliders and the only one with this issue. I deleted the demo slider and recreated my own and it's fine.
You really should check the process for renewing support. Broken links, page not found, plus the difference in the price. I would have bought the $7.50 upgrade if it wasn't a broken link.

They are the operator of the website and they are in control of the available licenses, renews and paying methods. We are not blaming something else. This is a simple fact. CodeCanyon belongs to and is controlled by Envato.
