Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Downloaded Marketing 1 slider example and added it to my site but unfortunately when viewed on mobile it disappears.  I'm also using X theme for wordpress. Please help.

    Hello trdreamworks,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Please check your slider settings. It might be set to be hidden on mobile or to be hidden under a certain screen size.

Hide on mobile is off and I've entered no values in hide under or hide over

It works, but in the demo it was like a split screen with image on top and text underneath.  How can I get the same effect on mobile and what template do your recommend?

There are different versions for the sliders on mobile and desktop in that package. If you import the whole package you can see them and tell them apart by their names. If you want to set it up like in the demo site. You will need to include both the mobile and desktop version of the slider and they will swap out on a certain screen size (if the original settings were kept).

Do you have documentation on how you include both mobile and desktop version of the slider?  Basically on the X wordpress theme I'm using I have the option to add only one slider under the Masthead.

You will need to add both sliders for this to work. We are not familiar with your page builder, but LayerSlider also provides several options to include sliders to pages. You can find the available methods here: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#publishing-sliders
