We´re trying to change the font weight on the headers after the client wanted more light text in the slide. We thought we could fix this by changing the font weight from 400 (regular) to 300 (light) in Styles for the text layer. (Screen 1)
It looks fine and just the way we want it in the layerslider builder (screen 2). After we save the slide and look at the page live, the font is still in the old 400 (regular) font weight.(screen 3)
I dont know if this is relevant, but we got this error message up just one time

Do you use any caching solution on your installation ? A cache plugin or method might prevent the changes made to the slider from taking effect on the live site. Are you able to save other changes, or is it just the font that's not working properly ?
Thank you for the feedback. In that case the font that you are trying to use is most likely not available on your live site, only on your admin. Could you please check the Google Fonts section in the plugin if everything is added there as well. That should load the font on the live site into the slider, so it becomes available there as well. If everything is loaded properly, than it might be a custom style overwriting. Let us know if you've succeeded with the Google Fonts section.
LayerSlider only supports Google Fonts currently and Helvetica Neue is not a Google Font, so you cannot add it in the plugin. I'd recommend to look for a similar font that is available as Google Font, so you can load it without any problem through the plugin. Alternatively, you can keep using that font, but in that case you will have to make sure yourself to load that font to your site, so the slider can pick it up.

Hello again,
We're using the W3 Total Cache plugin. I deactivated the plugin and cleared the catche in chrome, safari and firefox. It did't help.
It's just the font that's not working

I'm using the font Helvetica Neue. The plugin can't find that font (screen)

Hi again, Attila.

Thanks for answers and help =)
