What happens is that we only list the last 100 slider created in that location. And what you're trying to find is a very old slider which is out of this limit. We will think about raising this limit. But you can work around this by using other inserting methods, for example you can right click on the slider for the embed options to see the available methods. Also, the tool you are using is basically finding the slider's shortcode for you, which can be done manually. That slider is [layerslider id="13"] for example.
