Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Every time I try to "configure post options" on a slider, I get a popup window that shows (see screenshot), for a couple of seconds before it just closes and the whole page turns white. I have tried clearing cache for both my browser and the plugin, and also tried both Google Chrome and Safari.
Is this a known problem? What do I do...?

There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.7.6.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue.
To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any related error messages that could provide more information.
