Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I have added the video as a slide background. It works great on the computer, but a still with a play button comes up on the phone and tablets when I test. There is the YouTube play button in the middle of the image but you can not actually click it to play. It does not matter if I do it as a video slider or a simple slider. Same result.

This is the only way I could get the video to autoplay, when I don't use it as a background, it doesn't autostart on any devices.

    Hello Dayton Johnson,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Unfortunately the video displays are quite limited on mobile (and some tablet) browsers. Due to certain mobile browser restrictions, the autoplay will not work so your videos won't start automatically. Even if you start the video manually by clicking it, it will be opened in a popup iframe window so it will not provide the same effect as it does on desktop.
