Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. I'm upgrading from an old version (Layer Slider Version 5.6.6) to the latest to resolve fatal errors with WP 4.9.8. The old version is deactivated.
Possibly irrelevant info: (Also, this site is a clone of the live site on a different host (until I get this one cleaned up and ready to go live). Anyway, I've purchased a brand new license. Not sure if the old had expired. The guy who hired me to maintain doesn't have his login info handy to let me know.)

You have to decompress the archive that you downloaded from CodeCanyon and use the installable zip inside it. Please note that the installation process is detailed step-by-step in the documentation.
Where do I enter the product activation code? I don't see a settings section in the plugin UX in WP and I don't see a section for this purpose in my Kreatura profile.
