The "Internal server error" is a web server configuration issue. In your case it could be a memory limitation problem or execution time limit, because you are trying to utilize more content than your server can handle in the given amount of time. Regarding the sliders not appearing. I've checked the URL you provided, but there is no LayerSlider added to that page currently. Please show us where the slider is inserted so we can check on it.
I have two problems
