Hi - I'm entering the activation key, and click Activate Now, and I get a 1 second "working" and then it goes back to activate now, without ever activating...

    Hello David Butler,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Problems with the activating method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.

Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

I turned on Debug mode and the only error I'm getting is in regard to MINUTES_IN_MONTH variable being off...I replaced that variable to fix it, and now that error is gone, but looking through the logs and debug notes, there is nothing else going on.  I verified the cURL is installed, but I still can't get it to activate.  Is there a spot in the database where I can manually activate the product?

Thank you for the feedback. Please also try to look for any incompatibility problems by temporary disabling other plugins and switching to a default theme. Just to make sure that it's not caused by a 3rd party item.

If that did not help either, please set up a temporary WP login for us (with the debug mode enabled) so we can look into this.

Thank you. Did you try the method I've mentioned to look for possible incompatibility problems on your installations ?

Thank you, but unfortunately the login details do not seem to be correct:

ERROR: The password you entered for the username Attila is incorrect.

Thank you. My colleagues and I will look into this to see if we can find anything wrong, and get back to you shortly.

We've looked into this, and the AJAX request  which is responsible for the activation returns immediately with a null ("0"). This means that WordPress cannot find the function paired with this request. This shouldn't happen normally, so there is something interfering.

Did you try to temporary change theme to a default WP one and disable plugins to see if that helps ?
