I imported the Landing slider template and duplicated the slide to have two slides in the slider. The main text in the middle of the slide is comprised of two text layers (as in the template). I have the bottom layer set to stay visible until the end of slide #2. When the slider start, the top layer of text transitions to the lower layer and the lower layer stays visible until the end of the second slide. At that time it runs it's exit transition as expected. HOWEVER, on the second loop, the top layer transitions, but the lower layer never appears and remains invisible through the slide #2. On the THIRD loop, the layers transition as expected. On the FOURTH loop, the bottom layer disappears again, and so on. I've noticed it also does the same in the preview on the back end. Thanks for any assistance!

Thank you for your patience. The reason for this behavior is that the slideshow cannot handle two animations for the same element at the same time. Those layers should disappear and appear at the same time after the first cycle, which cannot happen at once, so it skips a loop and appear at the next one again. You will need to change the timings a bit accordingly to prevent this.
