    When I view the slider on mobile the background video does not play. I also get an error in the console. see attachment.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    Unfortunately the video displays are quite limited on mobile browsers. Due to certain mobile browser restrictions, the autoplay will not work so your videos won't start automatically. Even if you start the video manually by clicking it, it will be opened in a popup iframe window so it will not provide the same effect as it does on desktop.

    Also, if you are using Chrome, the Google Chrome 66's Autoplay Policy Change might be affecting your video too. Google introduced new browser restrictions, which will prevent automatic video/audio playback in certain situations. Autoplay is now allowed only when either the media won't play sound, after the user clicks or taps on the site, or (on desktop) if the user has previously shown an interest in media on the site. 
    Another follow-up update will arrive soon from us, which will provide further options to mitigate these restrictions. Since it's governed by the browser, there is no way to restore the previous behavior. However, we can supply alternate options like autoplaying muted videos where visitors can restore sound with a separate button.
    In the meantime as a workaround you can add "controls muted" to the HTML code where you embed the video.
