Is it possible to use Layer Slider as a fixed background on a WordPress page?
Like a fixed parallax effect for the entire slider, so the slider stays fixed as the background and the rest of the page scrolls over the top of the slider.
If yes, can I do this using the Layer Slider builder inside WordPress, or does it require coding?
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Sure thing. This option is located in the Slider Settings -> Appearance -> Background behavior -> Fixed. Please note that the fixed background feature only works with global backgrounds. You cannot use it with individual slide images currently.

I tested this and it works well . . . would there be a way to use a video as the global background rather than a still image?
Thanks again!
Unfortunately not.
