I have chosen to move my Blog to SSL. LayerSlider isn't showing the sliders after moving this so I'm wondering if you have a solution for me. Thanks in advance!
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
I have checked your site but for me the slider is being displayed currently. Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?
Thanks for your quick response. Unfortunately the slider isn't showing all the 21 slides, it only shows a single one but isn't starting (out of my perspective). I use Safari browser
Yeah I can see the difference now. The slider on your site is essentially empty, it does not have any layers or settings. The layers are not invisible, they are not there in the first place, just like the custom settings.
Please check whether the slider is implemented correctly to the page, or if there is some kind of caching interfering with it on the live site.
Thanks a lot. The slider seems to be ok in the admin view, but live on the site it doesn't work and I don't see why. Please have a look on the screenshot attached, it shows the settings in the admin "advanced" area. I deleted the caching, emptied the cache etc. Are the settings ok?
Thank you for the feedback. I wasn't referring to the slider's built-in cache, more like an external caching solution (plugin or theme) on your installation that could be interfering with the content of the live site. Something is preventing the slider from loading properly on the front-end, while it works as intended in the back-end.
Also, there are several missing images on your site, that cannot be loaded. You can see the errors in the browser console. Please check whether they are still accessible so the slider can load them.
You could also try the LayerSlider WP -> Options -> Advanced -> Include scripts in the footer and Use Greensock (GSAP) sandboxing options to see if they help.
I made every change possible and at the end I found the reason. It was a jetpack setting to load images via CDN network and/or the delayed loading of images. So now the slider is working fine, thanks for your support. Problem solved!

Also, if you experience HTTPS/SSL related problems in the future, it's recommended the check the related part of the documentation: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#troubleshooting-https It lists a couple of possible solutions.

The slider is there for me and it loads all 21 slides, please see attached screenshot. I tested it multiple browsers.
Please try to test it on different browsers/devices/desktops to see if you can recreate it anywhere else, or if it's a localized issue.
