I have an activated license for the Layer Slider 6 by the way of Themeforest. I used this extensions since 3 years and we haven't a single problem, but now the Hompage of my website doesn't post the sliders.

I've checked your site, but the slider is completely empty. It does not have any slides or layers added inside it. Could you please check what PHP version are you using exactly ? Users had similar issues with early PHP 7 releases that contained bugs.
Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any related error messages that could provide more information.
