I have issue downloading themes for my Layerslider. I encounter attached error when I try to download one. Is it possible to obtain a Zip file so I can upload it direct or am I missing something.

In your case it could be a memory limitation problem or execution time limit, because you are trying to utilize more content than your server can handle in the given amount of time. Unfortunately we do not have the tools to fix this from our end, only your host does. Please contact with your hosting provider regarding this case. They can look into the error logs to find out what's wrong exactly and make the necessary changes in the server settings.
